Summary
The Fabrication Technician is responsible for producing the components and assemblies that make up Martin Bionics' suite of prosthetic products and services. Primary duties include meeting production goals, pulling plastic, mixing plaster, laminating sockets with resin and finalizing components to be attached to prosthetic sockets. The role is located in Oklahoma City and reports to the Production Manager.
Primary Duties
- Prepping parts for assembly of check sockets
- Cutting and grinding on plastic and carbon fiber sockets
- Cutting and buffing components to be assembled
- Applying Loctite to fasteners
- Tracking and maintaining inventory levels
- Organize raw materials
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements.

Qualifications
- Working knowledge of hand tools.
- Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment utilizing a variety of equipment.
- Knowledge and hand skills needed to fabricate components for prosthetic limbs according to a standard set of specifications.
- Minimum Education - High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred experience in prosthetic fabrication and/or assembly.
